Where might your business
be losing visibility?

Eight questions. Your answers stay in your browser and suggest areas worth investigating. There is no score, no prediction and no form submission.

Which of these describe your business?

Your answers stay in this browser tab. Nothing is sent to GoodCloud or stored anywhere.

  1. 01Enquiries arrive through several channels.Website forms, WhatsApp, email, phone, booking widgets or marketplace messages, handled by different people.
  2. 02We are not certain every form or booking enquiry reaches the CRM.Or there is no CRM, and enquiries live in inboxes and spreadsheets.
  3. 03Follow-up is slower or less consistent than we would like.Replies depend on who is available, and reminders depend on memory.
  4. 04It is not always clear who owns an enquiry.Shared inboxes or phones, no routing rule, or ownership that changes by hand.
  5. 05We have limited visibility into bookings or sales by source. We know what we sold but not reliably where it came from.
  6. 06Marketing reports and CRM or sales numbers do not agree.Different totals for the same month, and no agreed explanation.
  7. 07The same customer sometimes appears in more than one record or system.Duplicates are found when someone searches by name.
  8. 08Nobody is alerted when a customer-facing workflow fails.Integration failures are discovered by customers or by accident.

Areas to investigate

Answer the questions and choose Show areas to investigate. Each “Yes” or “Not sure” suggests an area where a Revenue Journey Assessment would usually start. This is a starting point for a conversation, not a score, a diagnosis or a prediction of recovered revenue.

Without JavaScript, every area is listed below.

  1. Channel inventory and ownership

Usually starts in Discover: Revenue Journey Assessment

    What we would look at
    • List every channel an enquiry can arrive through and who is responsible for it.
    • Check which channels carry the source of the enquiry and which lose it.
    • Agree a response standard per channel before automating anything.

  2. Delivery to the system of record

Usually starts in Discover: Revenue Journey Assessment

    What we would look at
    • Test each form and booking path end to end and confirm a record is created.
    • Review integration logs for silent failures and authentication errors.
    • Decide the matching rules that prevent duplicate records.

  3. Acknowledgement and follow-up

Usually starts in Build: Connected Revenue Systems

    What we would look at
    • Measure first-response time by channel for a recent month.
    • Identify which follow-ups depend on memory and which are scheduled.
    • Separate what should be automatic from what must stay personal.

  4. Routing and escalation

Usually starts in Build: Connected Revenue Systems

    What we would look at

  5. Attribution and source tracking

Usually starts in Discover: Revenue Journey Assessment

    What we would look at
    • Check whether the source survives from the click to the CRM record.

    • Review which outcomes can be connected to a source today.

  6. Reconciliation of marketing, CRM and sales

Usually starts in Protect: Managed Revenue Intelligence

    What we would look at
    • Compare the three sets of numbers for one recent month and list the differences.
    • Agree the definitions: what counts as an enquiry, a lead, a booking, a sale.
    • Decide who owns reconciliation and how often it happens.

  7. Monitoring and exception handling

Usually starts in Protect: Managed Revenue Intelligence

    What we would look at
    • List the integrations that revenue depends on and whether each is monitored.
    • Check what happens when one fails: who is told, how quickly, by what.
    • Agree a schedule of checks that compares systems against each other.
